My Philosophy

As a Broker I have an extensive background in commercial and residential real estate sales and leasing in the mountain resort community of Estes Park, Colorado and surrounding market area. Having built a successful real estate brokerage over the years, I have watched as the industry, both locally and state wide become more and more complex. Buying a home is about much more than just the price you pay for a piece of land with a building on it.

Selecting a property to become your home or place of business is what it is really about, and that’s why I enjoy helping my customers buy and sell real estate. They come to me because of my knowledge of the industry and my familiarity with the area. To navigate the complex decisions involved in today’s real estate market requires the guidance of a professional with experience in the area.

I am committed to service with an emphasis on accountability, reliability, timeliness and enthusiasm. I provide my customers with all the information necessary to help them make real estate investment decisions throughout the changing market cycles. I enjoy working on complicated transactions and have the background and resources to assist and/or lead the team it takes to close intricate commercial transactions.

Residential sales provide the opportunity to work with diverse individuals as they seek to buy or sell properties in this mountain resort community at the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. It is enjoyable for me to work with individuals, couples and families as they seek to relocate. Many of the purchasers I work with have been seeking homes for quite some time and we have developed excellent working relationships over the years. Many people are seeking second homes as well as retirement properties.
